Olhos d’água: escrevivências de mulheres pretas, em evaristo

Resumo

O presente artigo tem o objetivo de investigar o processo de escrevivência[1] no conto “Olhos D’Água” (EVARISTO, 2016). Para tanto, utilizamos a pesquisa bibliográfica e qualitativa para a discussão de conceitos e para a análise de nosso corpus. O conceito da interseccionalidade está presente através da representação de lutas protagonizadas por mulheres negras (AKOTIRENE, 2018). Na análise do referido conto, observamos que a narradora-personagem possui uma ancestralidade afrodescendente, logo faz-se necessária a discussão sobre amefricaniedade[2] (GONZÁLEZ, 1988). Além disso, notamos o retorno simbólico das personagens a suas origens, por meio da busca por elementos da religião e cultura africana, podendo ser caracteriza como diáspora negra (HALL, 2003). Por fim, compreendemos que o processo de escrevivência no conto “Olhos d’Água” (EVARISTO, 2016) é composto por atravessamentos de opressões e pelo fortalecimento das lutas das mulheres negras no Brasil.

ABSTRACT

This article aims to investigate the writing process in the short story “Olhos D'Água” (EVARISTO, 2016). For that, we used a bibliographic and qualitative research to discuss concepts and to analyze the corpus. The concept of intersectionality is present through the representation of struggles led by black women (AKOTIRENE, 2018). In the analysis of the aforementioned tale, we observed that the narrator-character has an Afro-descendant ancestry, so it is necessary to discuss amefricanity (GONZÁLEZ, 1988). In addition, we note the symbolic return of the characters to their origins, through the search for elements of African religion and culture, which can be notes like black diaspora (HALL, 2003). Finally, we understand that the writing process in the short story “Olhos d’Água” (EVARISTO, 2016) is composed of crossings of oppression and the strengthening of the struggles of black women in Brazil.
