MULHERES RONDONIENSES NOS ESPAÇOS DE PODER: DESAFIOS QUE SE APRESENTAM

Abstract

Nesse trabalho temos como objetivo discutir-refletir sobre a participação das mulheres nos espaços públicos a partir dos dispositivos que colaboram para o fim da discriminação e violência sofrida pelas mulheres, garantindo o direito a igualdade e assegurando a titularidade da cidadania, contribuindo para a inserção das mulheres nos espaços públicos. Bem como realizar análises sobre a qualidade dessa participação nos espaços de poder, sejam partidários e/ou não no Estado de Rondônia.

In this work we aim to discuss reflect on the participation of women in public spaces from the devices that contribute to the elimination of discrimination and violence suffered by women, guaranteeing the right to equality and ensuring the ownership of citizens, contributing to the integration of women in public spaces. And perform analysis on the quality of participation in positions of power, are in favor and / or not in the State of Rondônia.
