VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO EN LAS ZONAS RURALES DE SANTIAGO DE CHILE

Este artículo se basa en los índices de violencia de género y violencia intrafamiliar en las zonas rurales de la ciudad de Santiago de Chile, específicamente en la comuna de San José de Maipo, comparando estos resultados con los índices de las zonas urbanas. Entendiendo que las performances de género y los roles hegemónicos han marcado las masculinidades y feminidades de la zona, generando la naturalización de la violencia.Un análisis basado en los poderes hegemónicos sociales del patriarcado (FOUCAULT, 1998, 2003), y las performances de genero de aquellos cuerpos acallados en la ruralidad y las manifestaciones binarias – heteronormativas (BUTLER, 2005).
