Journal History

EDUCA - Multidisciplinary Journal in Education began its publication in 2014 and seeks to promote the dissemination of knowledge in the area of education sciences.

It was created as an action of the Educa Group - Group of Multidisciplinary Research in Education and Infancy.

The first Chief Editor of the Journal was Profa. Dr. Maria Cândida Muller, who remained from the creation until retiring from the position of professor of the Federal University of Rondônia, in 2016. The teacher Maria Cândida Muller still contributes in other functions of the magazine.

EDUCA started every six months and from 2017 onwards it went to a quarterly publication, increasing the possibilities of dissemination of the knowledge produced in the area.
