A questão dos gêneros literários na expressão amazônica de Hélio Rocha, Nair Gurgel do Amaral e Rubens Cavalcante.

Abstract

In the last four decades, the world turned its gaze to the movements of culture and history of Amazonian expression, paying attention to the variety of literary production in its various nuances, sometimes tending towards a very close relationship with history, sometimes with culture and sometimes rescaling its vision to the renewal of children's literature in its developments. In the work of some authors this is characterized as a reading of regional expression. In this work I  investigate how the process of construction of the language identified as a formal mark of  authors such as Hélio Rocha, Nair Amaral and Rubens Vaz Cavalcante, takes place, based on elements present in the regional culture, in particular, that of Rondônia and Amazonas, The works we discuss here are  Gaivotas, Abc...zônia and O Menino e o Rio, respectively. We use here the conceptual variants and the relations between culture, language and regional identity. In this sense, the text takes as a theoretical axis Terry Eagleton´s notion on how “the complex of values, customs, beliefs and practices that constitute the way of life of a specific group” (EAGLETON, 2005, p. 55) becomes determining factor in the cultural formation of a people, as well as the specificities of the reflections of.
