The present work is the result of a discussion about educational policies in force, without context of the Public School of the State of Ceará. The institution chosen to permeate the study for E.E.F.M. Menezes Pimentel, where an edition of an interview with the professor is available, a site dedicated to the story with the text "The perverse dualism of the Brazilian public school: school of knowledge for the rivers, school of welcome for the poor" by José Libâneo. Please, in the next reflective pages on a Brazilian education, no context of training for work, and competition as a way of acquiring results. The text is permeated by reflections on the Young Future Project and its fruits within the institution, with a focus on public and private partnership, and the consequences of results collection, provided through competitions among students. Since the educational process, which is born without the production model, it is incumbent upon us to reflect on educational policies, focusing on the alliances developed within the process and its real consequences, in the life of the beneficiaries, there are no cases of students at the Escola Menezes Pimentel.
