There are few who, through the media, do not identify, the information and growing data about teachers with rare pathology. Thus, this work aims to address significant and innovative concepts, from the perspective of school-professional inclusion. Therefore, the work is justified in demonstrating how the teacher with rare pathology interferes in the life of the students, and, consequently, in the school environment, since some limitations tend to influence the teaching process x learning, present low school performance , or apathy both students and teachers. In that sense, it is emphasized that no matter how participative the school is, it has the difficult task of forming citizens, of dignifying values in the teaching and learning process, receiving everyone. However, it is not only the school institution, but also the other socializing institutions, in the educational commitment, in the effectiveness of the rights and guarantees established by the constitution, among others, so that the teacher is an active agent in the process of professional inclusion x educational.
