Abstract

TThe present study analyzes the use of the bingo game as a didactic strategy for teaching the environmental impacts resulting from agricultural activities. Through illustrated cards and teacher mediation, the pedagogical proposal favors an interactive and participatory learning process. The main objective is to address the effects of agriculture on the environment in a playful way, while stimulating the development of cognitive skills, such as attention, observation and cooperation. The methodology adopted is based on the active participation of 6th grade students at Escola Prof. Orlando Freire, in Porto Velho, Rondônia, using dynamic and interactive pedagogical resources to facilitate the understanding of the contents. The proposed activity contributes to the assimilation of complex environmental issues, including soil pollution, the use of pesticides and deforestation, highlighting the importance of adopting sustainable agricultural practices. Thus, seeking to foster critical reflection on the need to reconcile agricultural production with environmental preservation, providing students with a broader and deeper understanding of the consequences of agricultural practices on the ecosystem.
