Sociology. Marx. Marxism.Abstract
Review of the book' 10 lessons about Marx ' written by Fernando Magalhães. The work, recently published by Vozes, presents a significant contribution to the humanities field by summarizing the vast and complex production of one of the thinkers who founded the bases for structuring the Sociology field. The ten chapters that make up the volume present the main concepts described by Marx, such as, for example, praxis and proletariat. In addition, it states the author's position about Marx's production. The book is recommended to be used in introductory courses to Marxist thought, considering the language of easy comprehension adopted. As well as, it is indicated its adoption as support in studies outside the field of Sociology, but that use Marx's writings for a theoretical foundation.
