Analysis of motivational factors from youth and adult professional qualification

This research aimed to analyze the motivational factors from the offer of professional qualification for youth and adults at Escola Estadual Prof. Agenor Ferreira Lima, where he works as a Centro de Educação de Jovens e Adultos – CEJA, in Manaus, Amazonas. For this, the research was characterized as a case study, under intentional non-probabilistic sample, applying structured questionnaires to collect data with closed questions. The results indicated that the Introduction to Administration, Introduction to Customer Service and Introduction to Entrepreneurship courses were the most important and of the students' most important. The motivational factors, after participating in the professional qualification, project are related to the opportunity to qualify, professional growth and full satisfaction with the content of the courses taught.
