This text aims to present a brief scenario of Afro-Amazonian religions in the Amazon context in order to indicate characteristics when related to cultural, spiritual and social practices such as: the indigenous and cabocla pajelança very strong still in the region and which influences, as well as is influenced for Afro-Amazonian religiosity. In this sense, we sought to weave approaches about the terreiro communities focused on the cult of caboclos and their interinfluence in memory - both African and indigenous and their contribution to the Good Living in the Amazon. The Bem Viver here is understood in the sense of another possibility of way of life, supported by a new relationship between human being and nature and interconnected to the different manifestations of life, surviving and living within the model of capitalist development and globalization installed in the contemporary world (ACOSTA, 2020, SOLÓN, 2019). For this purpose, two sacred practices are portrayed in their interrelation with nature, with the Amazonian ambience; the spiritual, cosmological, natural, social and cultural relations installed and which generate repercussions in the sense of establishing the act of a Good Life. The methodological option was ethnographic research based on the authors' experiences and practices, since they express the anchors from the double way of life: as academics and adherents of the terreiro communities. From where it can be considered that the spiritual, social and cultural practices of indigenous African and indigenous peoples can contribute significantly to the achievement of quality of life in the Amazon - based on the mode of production.
